Shipping
Information

We offer real-time UPS Shipping options including rush delivery. Please be advised that delivery is set from the ship date and not from the date of the order. Ship date is normally 3-10 business days using UPS Ground. You must provide a street address as the carrier cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.

For overnight delivery, please email us at customerservice@angellitecandles.com and we will try to accommodate your situation. An additional $10.00 will be added to the shipping and handling rates for shipments outside the Continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii and the US territories.) Our goal is to process all orders as quickly as possible. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted by phone or email.

Return or
Exchange
Policy		 You must return the product(s) in the original packaging or equivalent to insure a damage free return. Shipment should be returned to us via UPS Ground. The product(s) returned or exchanged must be received by Angel Lite Candle Company within 14 days of receipt of product. Any returned candle can not be more than 25% used or damaged upon arrival to qualify for a refund or exchange. Any refund or exchange on returned products are for the value of the product(s) and does not cover any shipping or return shipping charges.

Statement 		This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the angellitecandles.com web site. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We also use return email addresses to answer the emails we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. Once more, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in any way, only as described above.
